Confirm that I have tried all the troubleshooting steps below

I turned Bluetooth OFF on all previously paired with devices.

I turned my smart TV, and close by Wi-Fi devices off to avoid interference.

I tried CLEAR PAIRING HISTORY of BOTH devices and tried again (Clear Pairing History is NOT turn on/off. Please check user guide for details.)

I tried to pair them in a different location.
