Tested the headphone with my cellphone via Bluetooth for a call

Did all the troubleshooting steps below

Computer Bluetooth shows "Connected, Voice and Music"

I can hear through the headphone for youtube videos

The headphone was selected as Input & Output device under PC Sound Settings

The Headphone was selected as Input & Output device in the Call App Audio settings (e.g. Zoom, Teams, Skype)

I do not have other APP turned on using my computer Microphone channel

I tried all the settings above and restart the computer, but still not working
