I have done the troubleshooting steps below for headphones and transmitter set

I pair the headphones separately with a cell phone via Bluetooth and still one side sound/louder.

I test and confirm the issue is not caused by the defective audio cable between the transmitter and the audio source, e.g. TV.

I test and confirm the issue is not caused by the loose physical connection or the defective audio port of e.g. TV/PC/Cell phone.

I use a 3.5mm cable plugged into the headphone port while playing audio but does not solve the problem.
